05|Pastor Zhang Duojia's Life Testimony and Call

Witness and Call.jpeg

From the restoration of life to the response to the call.

"Here I am, send me!" — Isaiah 6:8

The vision of the House of Hebron is not only a ministry concept, but also closely related to Pastor Zhang Duojia's personal experience of God's healing, transformation and calling.

Experiencing God's grace in brokenness

Pastor Zhang Duojia experienced depression, anxiety, failure, and a broken life. During those difficult times, she experienced God's healing, deliverance, and transformation, and gradually regained hope and sought God's will in her life.

This life experience made her realize more deeply how much a person needs God's grace, truth, and presence when they are weak.

Life may have its low points, and people may lose their way at times. However, past experiences do not necessarily determine the future. When a person is willing to come before God, He can still bring renewal, guide them to stand up again, and continue walking under His guidance.

This personal experience also became an important background for Pastor Zhang Duojia to receive the vision of the Hebron House.

A profound call

At 2:03 AM on July 23, 2020, Pastor Zhang Duojia, in prayer and seeking, deeply received the calling of Isaiah 6:8:

Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?' I said, 'Here I am; send me!'"

Isaiah 6:8

This passage became an important sign of her response to God's call.

"Here I am, send me!" This is not just a touching response, but also expresses the willingness to entrust one's life to God, submit to His guidance, and undertake the mission He has entrusted to one.

From experiencing God's grace to being willing to be a blessing to others, this response has gradually become an important foundation of the mission of the Hebron House.

From personal testimonies to church visions

We believe that God's work in a person's life is not only about personal recovery, but can also serve as a testimony of blessing others.

Pastor Zhang Duojia's own experiences of healing and transformation have made her value even more those who are going through pain, despair, and low points in life. She hopes that through Hebron House, more people will have the opportunity to know God's grace, experience life restoration, and rediscover hope in Christ.

The House of Hebron thus carries a lasting mission:

Accompany the wounded to Jesus, let life be built in truth and grace, and bravely respond to God's call when the time is right.

We do not believe that the restoration of life means that a person will never experience hardship again, but rather that no matter what circumstances a person is in, they can continue to seek God, grow in Him, and learn to faithfully follow Him.

"Here I am, send me!"

Isaiah's response reminds us that the starting point of service is not human perfection and ability, but the willingness to listen to God's voice and respond to Him with an obedient heart.

The House of Hebron also hopes that everyone touched by God's love and whose life is gradually built up can find their place in His guidance and respond to God with their own life.

Whether through prayer, care, service, teaching, or living out Christ's love in daily life, everyone can faithfully move forward in the place God has given them.

May God continue to lead the House of Hebron, enabling more lives to experience His grace, moving from restoration to maturity, from being established to being sent, and becoming a blessing to this generation.

"Here I am, send me!"

This is not only Pastor Zhang Duojia's response, but also the call that the Hebron House continues to seek and practice.
